New to the area. Looking for a primary care doctor who listens

   Hi everyone. We moved to East Shore from Chicago in June and I have been putting this off for too long. I need a primary care doctor for myself and my husband. Mid thirties, nothing complicated, but I left a doctor in Chicago who actually listened and I would love to find that again. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!

   Dr. Michalak on Panther Creek Dr. Family medicine. Been seeing him about ten years. He sits down and lets you talk. Front desk can be curt some days. Doctor himself is excellent.

   Another vote for Dr. Michalak. He was an ER and ICU nurse before he went to med school and you can tell, he's calm about everything. He figured out my sleep issue when two other doctors just told me to cut out coffee (I did not cut out coffee). https://www.doctormichalak.com/

   Call and ask. That is what the phone is for. He was when my brother in law switched last month.
