• Listing agent recommendations? Thinking of selling in spring

  Carolyn helped my cousin buy over here in Cochran's last year and he still brings her up at every barbecue. Mike, you will probably try to correct her comps. I suspect she can take it.

• AC blowing warm again. Who do you use?

  The AC Guy for us too. Tech was great with the dogs, which matters in this house because Gravy has opinions about strangers in the attic. Fixed our drain line clog and did not try to sell us a new system.

• Vet with late hours? My lab eats everything

  Gravy ate half a sock tonight. He is fine, the sock came back out on its own (you're welcome for that image). But it made me realize our current vet closes at 5 and I have no plan for the next time this happens at 7pm on a Tuesday. Who do you all use? Ideally somewhere with later hours and walk ins.
