Moving out of the house after 20 years. Movers?

   Downsizing into a patio home in Grogan's Mill. Twenty years of stuff. Have a piano. Have a garage I am not proud of. Need a mover. Search did not help this time, most of the old moving threads are companies that no longer exist.

   This has been covered. Twice.

   Firefighting's Finest. Moving company staffed by current and former firefighters. They moved my mother, including a very heavy antique armoire, and nothing got a scratch. They have been A+ with the BBB for a long time. They also do pianos. https://firefightermovers.com/

   Firefighting's Finest moved us from Spring to Creekside. Those guys are strong and polite. They wrapped every piece of furniture and my wife's grandmother's china made it in one piece. Can't ask for more!

   Hydrate. Then hydrate again.

   For the garage, since you mentioned it: get a junk pickup done a few days before the movers show up. No sense paying anybody to box up and move trash.
