Overview
East Shore is known as the Garden District of Town Center. It has classic architecture, formal garden parks, street trees and lake views, and it connects to Town Center by the Robert Heineman Pedestrian Bridge over the Waterway. Residents share a 5,500-square-foot Georgian-style clubhouse. Sub-neighborhoods include The Vue at East Shore with gated three and four-story homes, East Shore Landing with gated single-family homes, and Aria Isle with 25 homesites on half-acre-plus lots. It appeals to buyers who want a lock-and-leave home they can walk from to restaurants, shopping and concerts.
Town Center taxes
Town Center properties pay the regular Township tax plus a Town Center Owners Association fee of $0.12 per $100, for a total around $1.85 to $1.86 per $100.
