CPA for a small business (not a tax mill)

   My previous accountant retired and I am done with the franchise tax places. I need a CPA who does proactive planning, not just shoving numbers into a form in April. Small retail business, one entity, plus our personal return. Who are you using? Responsiveness matters. I do not want to wait three weeks for an email back.

   Dana Lee CPA over by the library on Ashlane. She does my company and my personal. She actually calls me in October and says here is what we should do before year end. First accountant I have ever had who did that. https://www.danaleecpa.com/

   Dana Lee for us too (my husband's consulting side). She answers emails fast, honestly faster than my kids' school does.

   Dana is good. For anyone with a more complicated setup, multiple entities or a trust, she handles that as well. I have checked her math on a return and could not find anything to correct, which is annoying.
