Susan's team explained the whole claims process to me like three times without making me feel dumb, and we called them back a year later for a gutter issue.   Okay. Honestly I have given up. Two kids, a lab that sheds like it's his job, and my husband is gone three weeks a month. I need someone every other week and maybe a big deep clean to start.
