   Nonprofit folks, this one is for you. The Woodlands Arts Council is hiring a Development and Partnership Manager, full time exempt, in office here in The Woodlands. They are the group behind the Waterway Arts Festival and the Texas Fine Craft Show. You would build and manage corporate sponsorships, support grant development, handle sponsor activations at events, and represent the council with chambers and civic groups. They want three to five years in nonprofit development, sponsorship sales, grants, or relationship management. Pay is not listed.    The Waterway Arts Festival is a genuinely big deal for a town this size. Whoever takes this gets a real network fast.
