   Texas Pools in Spring (77386) is hiring an administrative assistant, $19 an hour, full time Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5. Answering and routing calls, scheduling, greeting clients, supporting the office manager, keeping files organized, managing office and showroom calendars, drafting letters and reports, collecting timesheets. They want Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge. Health insurance after two months at a reduced rate, optional dental and vision, 401K with up to 4% match after a year, 40 hours PTO after year one and 80 after year two.    Texas Pools is legit, one of the old guard pool builders around here. Office job with a builder means you learn the whole construction business from the inside.

   Licensed & insured. Get three bids.

   Benefits after two months is better than most small companies. Waiting a year for the 401K is the tradeoff.
