Listing agent recommendations? Thinking of selling in spring

   We are probably selling in Indian Springs in the spring. I have run the numbers on MUD and HOA assessments against where we want to go, and it works. I need a listing agent who knows The Woodlands specifically and can back up a price with data, not vibes. Recommendations?

   Carolyn Swan at Compass was our buyer's agent this summer and she was wonderful. She is at Hughes Landing. She pulled comps for every house we looked at and talked us out of one that was overpriced.    Carolyn sold my neighbor's house in Alden Bridge. Priced it right the first week and it went under contract fast. She does not do the big flashy team thing, you get her.

   2004 transplant. Still call it Randalls.

   Carolyn helped my cousin buy over here in Cochran's last year and he still brings her up at every barbecue. Mike, you will probably try to correct her comps. I suspect she can take it.
