   Brad Paisley is at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on Thursday October 8 at 7:30, 2005 Lake Robbins. Anyone in from the Conroe side want to split the drive?

   7:30 is a much friendlier start than the 6:30 the Mumford show has the week before. You can actually get home from work, change and go. Country crowd on the lawn means people talking through the slow ones, which I have opinions about, but I will be there.

   Been going to shows out there since long before half of y all moved here and the trick has never changed, get there early, sit up under the cover if you can, and do not trust an October evening to stay cool because it will not, it will sit on you like a wet towel until about nine oclock and then finally let up.

   Been here since it was all pines.

   One correction on the carpool math. From Conroe you are looking at the same I-45 south crawl everyone else is in at that hour, so splitting the drive saves you gas and parking, not time. Run your own numbers before you promise anyone a fast trip.

   Eat before or after is the real question. On a 7:30 show I would do after, everything near Town Center is a wall of people at 6.
