Retired. Walking the paths since the paths were dirt.
- Sep 24, 2026, 1:52 PM#2We've used AC Texas for years. They're locally owned and have been around forever, which I like. We had an emergency call last summer and they came out the same day. The technician was very professional and fixed the problem quickly without any fuss. Their number is (281) 355-1500.
Do not feed the deer. Please.

Super upfront about the cost which was appreciated. The guy they sent was also very polite and didn't mind our dog sniffing around his toolbox the whole time.

- Sep 24, 2026, 5:31 PM#4We use Integrity Comfort Solutions. They are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, and our system is a Carrier so it made sense. The technicians are NATE certified, you can tell they know their stuff. Always had a good experience with them. You can check them out at https://integrityair.com/ they are right on I-45.
Cheaper taxes, longer drive.
- Sep 24, 2026, 6:08 PM#5Seconding AC Texas. They've been in business here in The Woodlands for over 25 years. They are licensed and insured, of course. Make sure you get the right one, their website is actexas.us because there is another company with a similar name up by Dallas.

No upselling on a new system even though ours is probably 12 years old now. They're not always same-day but they'll get you on the schedule quick.
