- How do you plan around the morning commute these days?
Whatever you settle on, expect it to stop working when the school calendar changes. That catches people every year.

- How strict is your village actually about fences and paint colors?
Worth saying that most of the people who complain loudest about covenants also bought here partly because of what the covenants produce. I include myself in that.

- Getting quotes for AC work, what should I be asking?
Also do not do this in July if you can help it. Everybody is busy, prices firm up, and you have no leverage when you are sitting in a hot house.

Been here long enough to have a before and after opinion on most things. The thing that surprised me is not the growth itself, everybody saw that coming, it is how much the everyday routine changed. Errands that used to be a fifteen minute round trip take real planning now. Curious whether people who arrived more recently even notice, or if this is just what it has always looked like to you.

- Moving down in a few weeks, figured I would say hi
Welcome. Two things. Get on a first name basis with an AC company before you need one, and do not schedule anything outdoors in the middle of the afternoon in August. Everything else you will figure out.
