- Best spots for lawn chairs at the Caroling Caravan Christmas Light Parade?
If you are bringing lawn chairs you need to arrive at least forty-five minutes before start time. People start staking out curb space early and parking nearby fills up fast. If you show up ten minutes before the parade starts you will be standing behind three rows of strollers.

- Thanksgiving break camps for kids - Advanced Robotics with Scratch?
As a high school math teacher, I can tell you Scratch is actually a fantastic foundation for young kids learning logic, loops, and robotics fundamentals before they hit middle school STEM courses. The main headache with these holiday break camps is usually parent parking right around the 4:00 p.m. pick-up window when everyone is trying to run holiday errands at the same time. If your kids already like building things, a structured Thanksgiving week program like this will keep them busy while school is closed.

- Vets and Vintage car event and holiday food drive question
Traffic and parking can get tight pretty quickly once the classic cars start filling in, so if you are trying to display a car, earlier is always better. The holiday food drive is a great cause to support local food pantries before the holidays. I do not think they have strict rules on specific food items beyond standard shelf-stable goods.

- Corgi races at Kirby Ice House this weekend
Just a heads up on the crowd, Kirby Ice House is strictly 21 and up at all times. I know people see dog races and think it is a family afternoon out, but security at the front door checks IDs for every single person entering. Do not haul any under-21 family members over there thinking they can watch the dogs run or you will end up turning right around in the parking lot.

- Visit The Woodlands holiday lineup released. What events are you hitting?
My kids only care about the light displays around the Waterway. But parking anywhere near Town Center in December is pure misery. If you do not park by four in the afternoon you are going to be walking a mile from some overflow lot with cranky kids.

- Looking for rich pho broth near The Woodlands
Lucky Cafe is my go-to when I need a quick lunch before math club practice, but honestly the broth there is more light and serviceable than what you're describing. EAD is definitely the better choice if depth of flavor matters to you, I've grabbed pho there after taking the kids to the aquatic center and the broth actually tastes like it's been simmering all day.

- Top Bat Removal Company in The Woodlands?
We used A All Animal Control last year. They failed to properly seal our home and needed to come out several times to attempt to get it properly sealed. Eventually we gave up and called someone else.

- First impressions of the new Crunch Fitness (especially the kids club)?
Traffic getting out of TWHS lot by 4pm is already a nightmare so if you're planning Friday after school just know you might hit their after-work crowd too. I went last Saturday morning around 10 and the kids club had maybe three kids in there, staff was reading to one of them. Seemed like a calmer window if your schedule allows weekends.
