Small retail business, one entity, plus our personal return. Who are you using? Responsiveness matters. I do not want to wait three weeks for an email back.

They helped us get our QuickBooks set up right when we started our business a couple of years back and have made tax season totally stress free ever since. They handle both our business and personal returns.

We were looking for someone to handle our personal taxes and a family trust, and she's been great. She actually gave us advice for things to do before year end. - Oct 10, 2026, 1:46 PM#6I second Rascon CPA. They handled my plumbing company setup when I went out on my own and have been good about quarterly check-ins to make sure I'm not missing anything on estimated taxes or deductions. They've also been helpful when I had questions about adding my truck to the business or whether I should buy equipment before year end. Usually hear back same day or next day.
- Oct 12, 2026, 6:53 PM#7I've worked with Rascon CPA for our medical practice for about four years now. They've been very solid on planning conversations mid-year and catching things before they become problems. Response time is usually within a day or two, which is reasonable for the level of service they provide.
